KYC Levels

There are 3 KYC levels on CoinFLEX.  After registering for an account, you will automatically be assigned to KYC Level 1, however, you are not required to increase your KYC tier unless you want to withdraw more than 10,000 worth of stablecoins, such as USDC and USDT. 

KYC Level 1 caps your withdrawal limit to $10,000 USD worth of stablecoins. There is no limit to other crypto assets such as BTC, ETH, or FLEX.

KYC Level 2 increases your stablecoin withdrawal limit to 10,000 USD per 24-hour period.

KYC Level 3 has unlimited withdrawals.

How to Increase KYC Levels and Withdrawal Limits

Once you have logged in to your main account, select ‘KYC’ from the dropdown menu or on the dashboard on the left.

KYC Level 1 is the default KYC level and allows a lifetime withdrawal limit of 10,000 USD. To upgrade your KYC Level 2, please the ‘Continue Lv2 Verification >’ button. To increase your withdrawal limit to 10,000 USD per 24 hours.

Once you have input the basic information into the required fields, click ‘Submit’. Once you have confirmed the information you have submitted is correct, click ‘Continue Lv3 Verification’.

How to Apply for KYC Level 3 

If you would like to upgrade to KYC Level 3 and be able to withdraw more than 10,000 USD per 24 hours, please email [email protected] the following information:

For Individual accounts:

1. Copy of passport
2. Proof of Address issued within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, phone bill, ID with address)

For Corporate account:
