How Does a DAO Work?

A DAO manages and allocates the governance and voting abilities for each participant within the organization.

For example, a DAO could determine participants’ voting abilities according to the number of tokens they stake in the DAO. Such an economic-weighted approach would see that those who own and stake more tokens have greater voting, and therefore, governance power.
